Client Growth Manager [South Korea]


 

Overview:

Our Client Service and Business Development teams are continually expanding to adapt to the explosive development in client business for corporates, institutional investors and consulting houses. Our Asian presence has been growing rapidly since 2009.

As the Client Growth Manager, you will have a significant impact on strengthening client relationships and contribute to revenue generation in our business across our entire client portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to revenue generation by increasing our market share within the existing client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by frequently engaging with different contact points within each client organisation
  • Gather client feedback to better understand individual account/client needs and how Guidepoint can provide better service
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to effectively articulate our value proposition
  • Work closely with the Client Service and Business Development teams

What You Have:

  • Degree from an accredited school
  • At least 2+ years total working experience, including at least 1+ year experience in sales, business development, account/ relationship management or equivalent
  • High level of fluency in spoken and written Korean and English
  • Capable of handling high-profile clients in different industry sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually
  • Skilled in identifying new opportunities with a proven track record of managing a diverse client base to achieve results
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth
