About the role
Due to rapid growth in the Northland Region, we have an exciting opportunity for a number of Site Traffic Management Specialists (STMS) to join our team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting the traffic management team to:
  • Oversee TMOs and TCs on worksites
  • Follow plans to set up, change and remove temporary traffic management systems on worksites
  • Assist with specialist activities when required, such as event management, traffic signals, sealing, road marking and barriers
  • Direct traffic flow
  • Communicate with our team via radio transmitters
About you
Our ideal candidate will have a practicing STMS Level 1 and/or Cat A&B qualification. Other skills and attributes include:
  • Full Class 2 licence
  • Good level of fitness and able to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to Health and Safety to ensure the safety of yourself, your team and the public
