The Position

As Merchandising Specialist, you play a critical role in the retail industry, overseeing product selection, presentation, and promotion. This job focuses on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Being part of a team loading new products weekly to the website in an accurate, high-quality, and compliant manner.
• Strong attention to ensuring all products displayed across our +30 domains have correct product attributes, information, and visuals and represent the brand at the highest level.
• Familiar with Excel to manipulate catalog information.
• Industry knowledge of eyewear trends, distributors, product knowledge, and new emerging brands.
• Team-driven attitude to complete projects and strong weekly output.
• KPI-driven attitude who is smart, efficient, passionate, and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., Pivot Table)
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills
• Detail-oriented, patient, and the ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and a team player
