Responsibilities- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring top-notch customer service
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and documentation of actions taken to resolve inquiries
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of complex customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
- Participate in training and development activities to ensure knowledge of products and services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or technical support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-experts
Strong customer relationship skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
