JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer assistance to the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department as assigned by supervisors

Check the phones and computer system to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently

Constantly check on the Stay Please system that those concerned associates have followed up the messages

To create formats and record updates; to type and file all manuals, reports, documents and correspondence for the Housekeeping Department

All the incoming orders must mark down on the clerk log book and send the job to concerned associates efficiently

Handle Lost & Found enquiry from the guest. Return the items to the guests through mailing and follow up the postage payment with the guest. Inform guest valuable items which left behind in guestroom by E-mail

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

Certificate or above in relevant disciplines

Previous work experience gained in hotel’s Housekeeping Department with knowledge of Opera and Stay Please system is an advantage

Familiar with MS Office operations

Good in written & spoken English and Chinese
